Acceptable Use Policy
This Acceptable Use Policy sets out how you may and may not use L10. It applies to everyone who signs in and forms part of the Terms of Service. Teams record their numbers, goals and problems here, so this information needs care.
You agree to
- Use the app only for legitimate SourceFuse business.
- Sign in only as yourself, and sign out of shared devices.
- Treat what teams record, and the figures on their scorecards, as confidential.
- As an organiser, add to a team only people who should see its information, and remove people who no longer need it.
- Limit any export or copy of data to what you genuinely need, share it only with people authorized to see it, and delete it when it is no longer required.
- Report any suspected security issue, data exposure, or unauthorized access promptly (see contact below).
You must not
- Share your account, or use the app on behalf of someone who is not allowed to.
- Try to open teams you are not on, or to bypass, disable, or probe the app’s access controls or security.
- Add yourself or others to a team to see information you would not otherwise be given.
- Bulk-download, scrape, or systematically extract data beyond your normal use.
- Copy, forward, screenshot, or otherwise disclose confidential data to anyone not authorized to receive it, inside or outside SourceFuse.
- Move data out of approved systems (for example, into personal accounts, personal devices, or unapproved third-party tools). Exports are intended for your own SourceFuse Google Workspace account.
- Introduce malware, or otherwise interfere with or disrupt the app or its infrastructure.
Handling exports responsibly
When you export to Google Sheets, the resulting file lives in your own SourceFuse Google Drive. You are responsible for it: keep it within your Workspace, share it only with authorized colleagues, and remove it when you no longer need it. Do not move it to a personal Google account or outside SourceFuse’s Workspace.
Enforcement
Breaking these rules may lead to suspension or removal of access, and may be handled under SourceFuse’s wider HR, security, and confidentiality policies. Sensitive actions in the app are recorded in an audit log.
