Terms of Service
These terms govern your use of L10 (“the app”), an internal application provided by SourceFuse. By signing in and using the app, you agree to these terms and to the Acceptable Use Policy.
1. Who may use it
The app is for SourceFuse employees and contractors, for legitimate internal business purposes. You sign in with your own SourceFuse Google account, and access is personal to you: you must not let anyone else use your account.
2. Confidential information
What teams record in the app is confidential: their numbers, goals, issues and notes, and the figures some scorecard lines receive automatically, which can include project, client and contract details. You agree to treat all information in the app as confidential, to use it only for the internal purpose it was provided for, and not to disclose it to anyone not authorized to receive it.
3. Teams and organisers
Anyone who signs in can start a team and becomes its organiser. An organiser decides who is on the team, and everyone on it can see the team’s meetings. Add only people who should see that team’s information, and remove people who no longer need it.
4. Acceptable use
Your use is subject to the Acceptable Use Policy, which is part of these terms. In particular, you must not attempt to bypass access controls, scrape or bulk-extract data beyond your authorized use, or interfere with the app’s operation.
5. Exports and third-party accounts
If you use the optional “Export to Google Sheets” feature, you are responsible for the exported copy once it is created in your Google Drive, including keeping it confidential, sharing it only with authorized people, and deleting it when no longer needed. Your use of Google is also subject to Google’s own terms.
6. Accuracy of information
Numbers that fill in automatically come from other SourceFuse systems and may be incomplete, delayed, or subject to change. Check them before relying on them for material decisions.
7. No warranty
The app is provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind, to the extent permitted by law. SourceFuse does not warrant that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or fit for any particular purpose beyond its intended internal use.
8. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, SourceFuse is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the app. Nothing in these terms limits any obligation you owe SourceFuse under your employment or contractor agreement or its policies.
9. Suspension and termination
Access may be suspended or revoked at any time, for example on suspected misuse or when you leave SourceFuse.
10. Changes
We may update these terms as the app changes; the current version is always shown here with its “last updated” date. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
